Referral Agency Portal

RentCafe provides a Referral Portal for those agencies who refer applicants to DCHA for our public housing and voucher programs. In the Referral Portal, referral agencies can initiate applications on behalf of eligible applications – making the digital application process more seamless for both referral agencies and applicants!
