The state-of-the-art Customer Service Call Center improves our efficiency in responding to and solving customer inquiries and problems by: 

  • Responding to more than 19,000 external calls per month
  • Processing maintenance and administrative work orders
  • Responding to and dispatching DCHA Emergency calls

In addition, the Customer Service Department’s Controlled Correspondence arm is responsible for official written correspondence tracking, coordinating web comments and questions and tracking communications and constituent correspondence in partnership with the Mayor’s call center.
