Thousands of District of Columbia Housing Authority customers have received fast and efficient service in the past year thanks to a new online tool.
DCHA is celebrating the one-year anniversary of its customer-centric website featuring Benefits GPS.
Benefits GPS, a one-stop, online service where our customers can access and explore all types of programs developed to help customers find more opportunities for themselves and their families; for example, employment, training, healthcare, education, social services, and more. To access these listings, DCHA customers simply log onto the agency’s website.
In the past year, nearly 11,000 households have done just that more than 55,000 times!
Departments throughout DCHA are taking advantage of this online portal and to develop programs that will further assist our customers.
